For most of my life, I faced an array of health challenges including asthma (48 year diagnosis), chronic migraines (14 years), fibromyalgia (14 years), sleep apnea, insomnia, depression, acid reflux, trigeminal neuralgia, neurosarcoidosis, obesity, hearing loss, venous insufficiency, high blood pressure and impaired vision. 

The doctors had no answers. Their suggestions weren't working. I ran out of options. Then everything changed - not over decades, but within months.  I decided to take my healing into my own hands. I made a powerful shift in mindset, self-awareness, and spiritual alignment, I started to heal. I made a life changing decision that I no longer wanted to live as a victim to my health conditions. That moment of clarity became the catalyst for my healing. Bit by bit, I released old patterns, reconnected with my inner power, and tapped into my body's natural capacity to restore balance and vitality.
